In case of any accident, damage, or misuse, the rider will be fully responsible for all maintenance and repair charges. • Riders must bring their original valid ID (Passport or Emirates ID) before the ride. • The Reptor must be used responsibly and according to the safety instructions provided. • Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. • All vouchers are non-refundable. • Any cancellation must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled booking. • In case of cancellation, 25% cancellation charges will apply. By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
